Our Policies Please respect your goals and our Trainers time; make progress, not excuses! Cancellations & Refunds for Personal Training Services A credit will be issued in full if a personal training service is cancelled with more than 24 hours notice. Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours will be charged in full. If you arrive late for any service, your appointment will still finish at the originally scheduled completion time.
Train For Life™ strives to provide the best possible service to our clients. If you require a refund for a package of personal training services that have not yet been provided, we will be happy to issue you a refund for services not performed or credit you towards other services. If you have paid for a package in full, you will be refunded based upon the number of sessions provided charged at our base rates. In case of refunds we will also retain a $15 CAD administration fee.
Cancellations & Refunds for Registered small group classes, boot camps & events With 7 days cancellation notice prior to the registered class, boot camp or event session start date, your fees will be credited or refunded in full. If cancellation notice is received within 7 days to the session start date, Train For Life™ will retain a $25 CAD administration fee. Once a session (typically 6 weeks) is in progress, you may make-up missed classes in another class day or time when 12 hours notice is provided. Make-up classes are based upon availability in other classes within that (6 week) registered session.
No refund will be given once the session is in progress unless a doctor's note is supplied. In this case a refund will be prorated per week plus a $25 CAD administrative fee at the time of cancellation. Registrations are not transferable except in the case where a doctor's note is supplied.
Non-Sufficient Funds A $25 CAD non-sufficient funds fee will be charged on returned cheques.
