Semi- Private Training (max 4 group members)

 

Please contact us early to reserve a spot in the upcoming summer sessions!

 

Meet with others who are working towards similar fitness goals in a motivating and encouraging setting. With a maximum of 4 group members, you’ll be sure to get the personalized attention you require from your Personal Trainer. Semi-Private training involves a mix of cardio and strength training methods and equipment.

 

 

 

 

 

Please contact us to set up private groups with flexible times and dates to accommodate your lifestyle!

Your trainer will motivate and guide you through each step of your journey towards a healthier you! Gather up a few friends or let us place you in an appropriate group with others. Semi- Private groups meet 1-4 days per week and you may mix and match the days and time listed. Meet at our private in-home fitness facility (2230 Albert Ave) and outdoors during the summer.

Boot Camp Blast

Description:
Boot Camp Blast offers a challenging and effective blend of cardio and strength training outdoors! Expect to use equipment such as resistance bands, TRX Suspension Trainers, stairs, an agility ladder and your own body weight. Boot Camp Blast is an all fitness levels class so we give variations to meet the needs of all participants... there's something to challenge everyone!

Time:

Mondays 6:45pm- 7:40pm

Tuesdays 6:45pm- 7:40pm

Wednesdays 6:45pm- 7:40pm

Thursdays 6:45pm- 7:40pm

Fridays 5:30pm- 6:25pm

 

Location:

Our boot camp location is Churchill Park located off Ruth's Street for boot camps Monday through Thursday.

Friday boot camps will meet at the Victoria Bridge stairs near River Landing.

 

Investment:

$250 (GST included) for unlimited classes during an 8-week session.

$140 (GST included) to attend only 1 day a week for an 8-week session.

Cancellation Policy

 

Boot Camp   

With 14 days cancellation notice prior to the class session start date, your fees will be refunded in full. If cancellation notice is received within 14 days to the session start date, Train For Life Fitness & Lifestyle Consulting will retain a $15 administration fee. No refund will be given once the session is in progress unless a doctor's note is supplied. In this case a refund will be prorated per week plus a $15 administrative fee at the time of cancellation. Registrations are not transferable except in the case where a doctor's note is supplied.
