Semi- Private Training (max 4 group members)

Meet with others who are working towards similar fitness goals in a motivating and encouraging setting. With a maximum of 4 group members, you’ll be sure to get the personalized attention you require from your Personal Trainer. Semi-Private training involves a mix of cardio and strength training methods and equipment.

Your trainer will motivate and guide you through each step of your journey towards a healthier you! Gather up a few friends or let us place you in an appropriate group with others. Semi- Private groups meet 1-4 days per week and you may mix and match the days and time listed. Meet at our private in-home fitness facility (2230 Albert Ave) and outdoors during the summer.

Investment:
$21- $25 per person/ per 55 minute session (GST included).
