This facility features cardio equipment such as a treadmill and spin bike, strength training equipment as well as stability equipment such as balls, bosu and TRX Suspension Trainers. We offer a separate quiet room that has a "zen" like feel to stretch, breathe and relax as part of or following your personal training session.
