Saskatoon Personal Trainer and owner of Train For Life™, Andrea Doepker-Gavidia enjoys sharing her enthusiasm for healthy lifestyles with people of all fitness levels. She strives to develop a positive atmosphere for her clients so that they are motivated and engaged at each training session. Her hope is that she can learn what each individual’s passion in life is, and in turn what “Train For Life” means to them.

Andrea maintains an active lifestyle through dancing, biking, strength training and travels to the mountains whenever possible to enjoy snowboarding, hiking, cliff jumping and white water rafting! Andrea also draws from her personal experiences as an athlete to motivate and encourage her clients to lead active lives.

- Represented Canada and won Bronze medal in pole vault at Canada vs Central America & Caribbean dual, 1998
- Silver medal at Junior Canadian Championships in pole vault, 1998

- Numerous High School and Provincial pole vault records, 1997-1999
- Saskatchewan Provincial Team member for the Canadian Gymnastics Championships 1993- 1995
