Joelle is a CSEP Certified Personal Trainer and a 4th year Kinesiology student at the U of S. She believes that there is an activity out there for everyone and wants to help you find your passion. Growing up in a rural community, she has become an all-round athlete with background in many sports and activities. She still enjoys participating in many activities, such as hockey, fastpitch, volleyball, horseback riding, and running. She also volunteers at a therapeutic riding center with disabled individuals. Her vast background gives her insight on training for all your needs, whether it’s to lose weight or get ready for the next sport you want to try.
Qualifications:
Expected completion of B.Sc.Kin (UofS) in May 2012.
Certified Personal Trainer (CSEP)
First Aid and CPR level C

Personal Athletic Achievements:
-Competed in track and hockey at a provincial level
-Competed in Fastpitch at a National “A” level and in international tournaments
-Balmer Heart Award Recipient 2006/2007 – Fastpitch player with the most heart
-Holds many records in basketball from her high school as well as 4 years as athlete of the year, basketball MVP, Track MVP, and Volleyball MVP.
