Brendan is a strong believer in the power of personal training. Having completed his B.Sc. in Kinesiology in May 2011, and subsequently becoming certified through CSEP as a Personal Trainer, he has the tools to help you accomplish all of your fitness goals. His focus is on making exercise enjoyable, and making your goals attainable. Through his previous sporting experience and education, Brendan has come to specialize in speed, power, and agility training. He currently counts speed-swimming, salsa dancing, and ultimate frisbee among his favourite activities. Because he has experienced his own sporting injuries, he is also passionate about incorporating elements of injury prevention into personal training programs. Brendan specializes in speed and agility training as well as performing Functional Movement Assessments and prescribing corrective exercises.
